- Before exhaling, purse your lips, such as blowing out a candle.

- Sit straight and stretch arms up to shoulder height.
- Stretch your arm to the height of your shoulder and open your mouth wide like yawning.

- Sit upright with a straight back.
- Take a posture in which you put your hands on the sides of your lower abdomen.
- Keep your lips closed and rest your tongue.
- Breathe deeply and slowly via your nose.

- Keep your lips closed and inhale and exhale via the nose; repeat this process multiple times.

- Sit in padamaaasan, which means cross your legs.
- Try extending your body a little.
- Inhale until the spine stretches and then slowly exhales.
